Vendor Registration/Sponsorship – Purchase

Vendor Booth: $500 — This includes booth space, one table and two representatives at both conferences- Reimbursement Confer-ence and Mid-Winter Conference. Electrical service is $35.00and additional tables are $50.00 PER CONFERENCE, PER TABLE. Two meal tickets for the banquet at the Mid-Winter will also be provided.

Award Sponsor: $1000 – This includes sole sponsorship of an award presented at the Mid-Winter conference. You will be included in any advertisements related to said award and Mid-Winter Conference. During the award announcement, you will be introduced and asked to help with the award presentation. Two meal tickets will be provided. You will have your logo displayed at the awards banquet and on the awards program guide. This level of sponsorship is only available when one of the already existing sponsors decides to no longer participate.

Silver Sponsor: $1500 — This level of sponsorship includes your logo on the TASA web-site all throughout the year. Your logo will be in-cluded in all the mail outs regarding both conferences as well as any other events that TASA sponsors, two free banquet meal vouchers for the Mid-Winter conference and during both conferences you will have your logo displayed in main speaker room. You will have a fourth page spot in the banquet awards program guide for the Mid-Winter conference. Your organization will also be an associate mem-ber of TASA with standard board approval.

Gold Sponsor: $ 2500 — This level of sponsorship includes your logo on the TASA web-site all throughout the year. Your logo will be in-cluded in all the mail outs regarding both conferences as well as any other events that TASA sponsors. You will have two free conference vouchers, four free banquet meal vouchers for the Mid-Winter conference and during both conferences you will have your logo displayed in main speaker room. During both conferences you will have your logo/video clip ran on the slide show during breaks, before sessions begin and while changing set ups. You will have a half page spot in the banquet awards program guide for the Mid-Winter conference. Your organization will also be an associate member of TASA with standard approval of the Board.

Platinum Sponsor: $5,000 — This level of sponsorship includes your logo on the TASA web-site all throughout the year. Your logo will be included in all the mail outs regarding both conferences as well as any other events that TASA sponsors. You will have four free con-ference vouchers, four free banquet meal vouchers for the Mid-Winter conference and during both conferences you will have your logo displayed in main speaker room and in the hallways. During both conferences you will have your logo/video clip ran on the slide show during breaks, before sessions begin and while changing set ups. You will have a whole page spot in the banquet awards program guide for the Mid-Winter conference. Your organization will also be an associate member of TASA with standard approval from the board.

Lunch sponsorship: $4000 – This sponsorship is for the lunch at the annual meeting held at the Mid-winter Conference. This sponsorship includes all the items listed for Gold Sponsorship as listed above, vendor space as above, and the following: Logo in lunch hall, a five mi-nute spot during prior to the start of the meeting if so desired, four lunch tickets, and handout or information packets for the conference bags if so desire.

Banquet Sponsorship: $10,000 – This sponsorship is for the awards banquet held at the Mid-Winter Conference. This sponsorship in-cludes all the items listed for Platinum Sponsorship as listed above, vendor space as above and the following: Logo on front of the awards banquet program, a ten minute time spot during the awards banquet if so desired, Additional four banquet tickets (total of eight), Handout or information packets for the conference bags if so desired, and special thanks placed on the web-site under the conference section. This sponsorship may be split between two organizations if so desired. Only one Sponsorship will be awarded during per year.
